here are some color studies for the piece im working on in Ill right now. ive never thrown anything up here so i just wanted to see what kinda feedback id get. thanks guys!

lol this is pretty funny. The only things i can say is that i think the "I" on music, goes a little too close to the second "P" in pop. I also wonder if conceptually you could do something with the color that goes along with the concept. This may be pretty cliche, but for example, making the parents less saturated and neutral, and the pop child more saturated and crazy colors. Just my 2 cents...
I agree with the first post. I can tell that the middle left one is the original, i think, in that you were trying to keep the parents more desaturated and the pop child more prominent. Try making that a little more obvious without making the piece disharmonious. As for color variations, I like the middle left conceptually but visually the top right is the my favorite. Nice drawing. Looking forward to seeing the finish.
